Refurbishment of the Acacia building to improve comfort, functionality, and long-term infrastructure performance.

KW Civil undertook a full upgrade of the Acacia building, including structural repairs, electrical and plumbing replacements, and a complete interior fit-out. Modern finishes and energy-efficient systems were also installed to improve both usability and sustainability.

Unforeseen challenges arose due to ageing infrastructure, particularly outdated wiring and plumbing that required complete redesign and replacement. Reinforcement methods were applied to maintain momentum through structurally sensitive zones.

All works met current building codes and safety standards. The final result was a compliant, efficient, and durable facility designed for low maintenance and long-term value.
