KW Civil constructed a network of dust-free roads as part of a wider infrastructure and sustainability initiative. Scope included excavation, ground stabilisation, dust suppression treatments, and final sealing.
Specialised dust suppression materials and application methods were used to control airborne particulates during and after construction. Excavation sequencing was revised in response to unanticipated rock layers, with rock breaking equipment brought in to maintain schedule alignment.
The project produced resilient sealed roads capable of withstanding frequent heavy vehicle movements and harsh site conditions. Dust generation was reduced to near zero, contributing to a safer worksite and stronger environmental compliance. Works were completed with full stakeholder engagement and no interruption to operations.
