Konrad Williams
Founder and Managing Director
Starting as a labourer, Konrad built KWCC over 15 years into a respected contractor. He’s known for assembling high-performing teams and maintaining a grounded, client-focused leadership style.

Director
With over 35 years of experience, Jeff has delivered major projects for Rio Tinto across mine infrastructure, communications, and camp construction. His long-term industry relationships enhance KWCC’s project delivery.

Clearing, excavation, haulage, and full rehabilitation. Adjusted to weather delays and environmental sensitivities.
Rail Washout Rectification – Newman (BHP) – $5.1M
Installed culverts under live rail. Stabilised track and resolved unexpected ground conditions.
TWA Village Construction – Karratha (Bechtel) – $9.5M
Full site development: bulk earthworks, drainage, culverts, roundabout, in-ground services. Adjusted to complex stormwater design and subsoil conditions.
