KW Civil delivered the formwork, reinforcement, concrete placement, and waterproofing scope for key infrastructure within the Roebourne District High School redevelopment. The package was part of a broader effort to modernise facilities and improve community assets.
Weather presented an early constraint. To maintain program momentum, pours were scheduled flexibly using real-time forecasts and site-specific planning, ensuring specification compliance without delay. Reinforcement density in key load-bearing elements required close coordination with engineers to manage rebar layout, simplify bending schedules, and improve workability during placement.
All waterproofing applications passed initial pressure testing with no rework required. Concrete surfaces achieved high finish quality and dimensional consistency across all elements. The team also navigated late-stage structural modifications, adapting sequences and reinforcement without impact to the overall program.
