Supply and installation of a prefabricated concrete arch structure to support critical port infrastructure.
KW Civil was engaged to design, deliver, and install a heavy-duty concrete arch system to meet strict port structural requirements. The project involved off-site prefabrication, transportation logistics, cranage, installation, and anchoring of reinforced concrete arch units.
Despite tight timeframes and weather disruptions, the team implemented an accelerated schedule with clear task sequencing and resource planning. Shift extensions and additional crews were mobilised to meet milestones without compromising safety or compliance.
The works were completed on time and within budget, with all construction activities meeting applicable structural and environmental codes. The final installation passed regulatory inspections and was delivered with zero disruption to ongoing port operations.
