Minesite Stockpile Caps

KW Civil was contracted to cap loose earth stockpiles with reinforced concrete. Works involved trimming piles, installing a blinding layer, and delivering precision formwork, reinforcement, and concrete placement.

Dewatering was required due to groundwater presence. A sump and drainage system was mobilised to stabilise conditions and ensure excavation accuracy. Custom formwork systems were also developed to accommodate irregular pile geometries.

The project achieved full compliance with QA/QC benchmarks and geotechnical tolerances. Reinforcement and formwork were delivered to spec, contributing to long-term stability and structural performance.
