P&Q Block Carpark Resurface Pannawoncia

KW Civil was engaged to upgrade carparks within the Pannawonica township. The project included resurfacing and sealing, kerbing installation, line marking, and full engineering and permit support.

Permit delays were resolved through early stakeholder engagement and fast-tracked documentation. Inclement weather required the construction program to remain flexible, with sealing and line marking aligned to weather windows to ensure quality outcomes.

All approvals were secured without revision, and the project was delivered with zero safety incidents. Final kerbing and markings were installed to exact specification, supporting road safety, drainage, and visual clarity in line with regulatory requirements.
