Warehouse Redevelopment & Carpark

This project combined structural modifications to an existing warehouse with the construction of a new concrete carpark, improving both operational efficiency and site accessibility. The scope included drainage, access upgrades, and concrete works across both the building and external areas. Mid-project design changes required adaptive engineering and close coordination with stakeholders. KW Civil successfully delivered a modernised facility with improved usability, compliance, and traffic flow within a live industrial setting.
