KW Civil undertook demolition, bulk earthworks, and the delivery of critical services for a new mine-site office precinct. The works included potable water and sewer connections, electrical and communications infrastructure, and the installation of LV bays, bollards, and windows.
Live underground services were encountered during initial site works, prompting a redesign of layout and trenching to prevent clashes and reduce downtime. The project involved close interconnection between multiple workstreams, managed through daily coordination and a sequenced construction plan.
Despite operating in a high-risk live environment, all activities were completed safely and to specification. The project achieved zero safety incidents and was handed over with a high-quality finish and positive feedback from all stakeholders involved.
